The Federal Immigration, Reform and Control Act of 1986 requires that a DHS Employment eligibility Verification "Form I-9" is completed for every new hire. There are three (3) business day(s) from starting work for every new hire, to and must present their new employer documentation to establish his/her identity, with authorization for employment. This Federal requirement must be satisfied, as a condition for employment.
