Due to rising concerns and guidance from the Local Leadership, State and Federal Government, preventing of the spread of COVID-19 virus is one of our top priorities.
Plan>IT Interactive has always been pro-active, and continues to take the following precautionary measures to ensure the safety of guests at your next event:
- Inspection of all games and equipment before, during and after your event. Use of cleaning products that have been proven effective specifically against COVID-19, among other infectious diseases, for as long as supplies are available.

- Communication, distribution of information as we keep our event staff updated about COVID-19 and pandemic.
- Promotion of good hygiene, reminding our staff to take everyday preventative actions to help stop the spread of the disease, such as frequent hand washing and cleaning high-touch surfaces on all games and equipment.
- Collaboration with end clients and venues and making every attempt to provide sanitizing stations, equipment/supplies to ensure that they are convenient for staff and guests use.
We are closely monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization regarding the pandemic.
