What is your cancellation policy?

We do our best to accommodate cancellations as we understand that life can be uncertain, uncooperative weather can rear its head and that at times things can persist that are out of our control. That said, we need to also protect ourselves. Please see below for our specific cancellation policy.

I want to speak to a sales rep. What are your office hours?

Our offices are open Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm PST. We have sales representatives standing by to assist you during office hours. Website inquires can be submitted at any time. We do our best to return website inquiries as soon as possible.

Is there a fee to deliver and set up?

Yes, there is a fee to deliver and set up your event. These fees vary per event but are determined based on a number of variables including delivery location, number of trucks needed and the quantity of staff being sent to your event. Please contact a sales representative for more detailed info.

Do you deliver to my event location?

Yes, Plan-It Interactive can deliver just about anywhere on the planet! Please inquire with a sales representative to find out more.

Are Liability Waivers required?

A Liability Waiver is required to be executed by the participants of your event. In lieu of this requirement, a representative of the company/school/private party/etc. renting our activities may provide a signature acknowledging any inherent risks and forgoing the need for individual signatures.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, Plan-It Interactive carries General Liability, Workers Comp and Automobile Insurance. If you have additional insurance needs it is our requirement that these requests be submitted a minimum of 1-week prior to your event to guarantee time to process and issue the COI's.

Do I need to provide any staff for my event?

No, we've got it covered! Our team will be there to handle all the operations. However, if you want extra personnel to manage specific tasks, we're happy to discuss custom staffing options for an additional charge.

Are the staff trained to assist guests?

Absolutely! Our staff are trained professionals who know how to operate the equipment safely and interact with guests to ensure a fun and smooth experience for everyone.

Are Staff Included for Game Rentals?

Yes! For larger inflatables and tech-focused games, we provide trained staff to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely during your event. Our staff will handle the setup, operation, and take down of the equipment so you can focus on enjoying the event.
